Lydwood is a contract manufacturer established in 1964. We supply wooden components, assemblies and finished products to an engineered standard.

Our 8 computer controlled routers can machine different shapes, sizes and profiles with exceptional accuracy. Our “copy head” routers enable us to cut up to 6 parts at a time, improving our customers’ productivity while reducing unit costs.

Lydwood is FSC and PEFC certified and can source sheet materials, such as plywood, MDF and chipboard as well as solid timbers, at competitive prices. We supply furniture manufacturers with parts including arm faces, shaped rails and kickboards ready for assembly and upholstery, as well as comprehensive assemblies such as full arm or specifically designed CNC-routed assembled frames. In addition to machining, we offer complementary services including finishing and spraying.
